Shipping policy
Because every Cupmint product is customized specifically for you, we craft each order one at a time to ensure the highest quality. Below you will find our shipping destinations, fees, and estimated delivery times.
- Order Modifications: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations (please see our Refund & Return policy for more details).
- Production Time: It typically takes 1 to 4 business days to customize and engrave your drinkware before it is ready to ship.
- Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for your package to travel from our facility to your destination. (See tables below for specific timeframes).
- Shipping Rates: We proudly ship worldwide! Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over $65. For orders under $65, a flat shipping rate of $8 applies, and a priority shipping of 12$ as an option.
Peak Season Note: During high-volume holiday seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Additional Notes
- Production time is usually 1-4 business days after the order is placed.
- Estimated arrival time = production time + shipping time.
- During holidays or promotional periods, delivery may take a few extra business days.
- Because the product is made to order, it will be sent out immediately as soon as it finishes. Therefore, please be aware that your order might be separately shipped. We will handle the extra shipping cost to deliver every finished item to you in the shortest possible time.
- Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address. You can only cancel or modify your order within 6 hours after your order is placed. You can visit Refund & Return for more information.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email confirming your details. Once your custom drinkware is ready and ships, we will send a Shipment Confirmation email. This will include your order number, carrier information, and your package tracking number.
To check the exact location of your delivery, simply visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number.
Please note: It can sometimes take a short period for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system after the package is handed over. We appreciate your patience!
