I ordered this as a replacement Christmas gift for my sister-in-law since my original order was lost twice, not by this company. I am really happy with the finished product of this personalized 40-ounce tumbler. The personalization came out how I wanted, the writing is clear and uniformed, and the light purple color of the tumbler really makes it stand out. It is the perfect size and keeps drinks cold or hot depending on what you happen to be drinking.
I was weary at first about ordering after reading other reviews but it came in with the pictures I uploaded very clearly printed. I also thought my message was just wrapped onto it, no it's INGRAVED 🤩

When will my order process and ship?
All items offered on Cupmint are made-to-order. The production time for all products generally within 4 business days.
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has been dispatched. The email contains your tracking number and a link where you can follow the progress.
Is the final design exactly the same as the preview image?
Your cup/s will be the same as your design in the preview, but in few cases, we would make slight changes to make your cup/s more perfect.

We are happy to say that all Swig Life products are 100% lead-free and we perform testing and documentation every year.
Are Cupmint products food-safe and BPA-free?
All of our Cups, Straws, Lids, Coolers, Lunch Bags, and Bases are food-safe and BPA-free.
We use only food-safe quality plastics, stainless steel, and silicone to produce our drinkware. All finishes and patterns on our drinkware and straws are non-harmful if ingested.
