A manhunt is underway after an off-accountability Wisconsin police officer used to be fatally shot whereas looking out to reside an armed robbery at a bar, authorities stated.
Officer John Hetland, a 24-year dilapidated of the Racine Police Department, had worked the day-shift on Monday, Chief Arthel Howell stated.
At 9:40 p.m. Monday, the dilapidated officer used to be off-accountability when he observed an armed robbery unfolding at Teezers Tavern in Racine, about 25 miles south of Milwaukee.
